Senior Slacker

Yeah, so you know that I am incredibly bored if I'm actually updating this thing, 'cause I NEVER do. I'm sitting in class right now tooling around online, because I'm a major slacker. If anyone has senioritis it's a fifth year senior...although I guess I'm technically a four and a half year senior because I'm graduating in December.

I don't know how I expect to go from having class only three days a week to working every day, if I even get a job that is, considering the one job I've even applied for hasn't gotten back to me yet, and that's for an internship that my neighbor is pretty much handing to me.

Now I remember why I don't update this thing anymore. It makes me think about all of the things in my life that I would just rather not think about. Oh well.

This weekend could prove to be fun. J.R. is coming to visit and we plan on doing childish and fun activities including blanket fort building, which is just freaking amazing. I don't even remember the last time I did that and yet it sounds like the most fun thing ever!

I'm kinda reconnecting with old friends these days, if not in person, online at least. Talked to Chris Larson on Aim for a bit. It's just interesting to catch up with people and just realize how much you have all grown since high school. I can't even believe how insane I was in high school. Just reading through back through entries in this thing, I was a certified nut job. It's nice to know that I grew out of it though and I'm able to conduct myself in a much less nut-jobby way.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still wacky, but at least I'm maturing.

Yeah, so Backstreet Boys totally sang the National Anthem at the first game of the World Series tonight. My childhood refuses to let go!
