So today I (okay, Benton) got ANOTHER CARD!!! And the funny thing is, this card is the one Fraser was referencing in his card, and it was even postmarked two days earlier. Oh mail service, you are made of wacky.

It IS awesome! And the back and forth is one of the main reasons I love the Rays together - it just seem slike how they'd be all the time, snark being their language of love.

But they're disturbing in the best possible way, aka! And I want to know where the sender even FOUND that card in the first place - it makes me giggle.

And yes, the Rays are goofball kids, which is such a big part of their appeal for me.

Eee! You know, the funny thing is that I can't decide which Ray picked out the card (or whether they stood in the drugstore for an hour, squabbling over all of the options). I especially like this bit: What Kowalski is trying to say in his usual eloquent way is that he misses seeing your red serge jumping out of windows!

My theory is that RayK saw the display during a bust of an adult toy store after some long, yet non-bizarre or life-threatening (since Fraser wasn't there) chase. That maybe he was reading someone their rights and glanced over, saw the cards and filed the info away for later.

And then he brought RayV in (which took some, ahem, persuasion) and the arguing occurred. Lots of it, with glorious snark and eye-rolling and at least one hot kiss.
