Coloring Tutorial

I thought I might do another icon tutorial since I don't have that many.

Okay. First, I tried this with an icon of Keira I'd already been working on, but I didn't like the coloring and thought I'd use the tutorial for it and got this:



That looked a little washed-out to me as far as skin and background were concerned, mostly because of how I'd manipulated the icon to get the base for the tut, if that makes sense. Anyway, I tried it again with a photo I hadn't scarred beyond belief yet and got this:



which I rather like.

In conclusion, thanks for the tutorial!

lol thank you. yeah I think the first one is a little washed out and bright, and mostly you have to test tutorials out on different pictures because of their coloring. some work, some don't but the second one looks great!
