I don't do well in team environments. Or haven't, anyway, because every group thing I've ever participated in has just seemed so stupid to me. Choir - the conductor only let her personal students do all the solos, and the kids there made me nervous. I couldn't make friends. Step class I loved until the women started to know who I was and then would ask when I missed a class or two. There weren't many possibilities for socializing though because none were my age.
Boo. Guess I've never found a real adult league that also includes a social aspect.
