Pansy Parkinson has blonde hair in canon, yes? The Lexicon doesn't say, but I could have sworn her hair was blonde. I'm not talking about the cute brunette with the bob that's in PoA, btw.

ETA: Answered. Her hair color is never mentioned in canon.
