So this is my obligatory Happy Birthday, Harry post. Happy Birthday, Harry! Many happy returns. Sadly I have no fic to offer you, athough you'll probably be making a cameo appearance in the Draco/Neville one I'm working on, but I do have recs to share.

I can't believe femme wrote this fic in six days. Beautiful and moving, and I won't say anymore because there are many spoilers inside. Just go read and remember why you love reading about these characters to much.

Probably one of the best Harry gets sorted into Slytherin fics I've read. I'm normally not a Dark!Harry fics but this one worked for me. In fact I felt a great deal of sympathy at first for Harry (so completely in over his head as a Slytherin) that I was hoping everything wouldn't go cock up for him in the end. Lucius is positively chilling in this too as he takes Harry under his wing and begins grooming him for his own darker purposes.

This fic only nominally has Harry in it. Still go read it. It's absolutely wonderful. Don't let the Epilogue or AS/S generation tag scare you away. Chapter 4 was updated yesterday.
