2006 fic round up
January:

Obviously I hit a wall sometime last summer and stopped writing. Or more to the point I stopped finishing. I have at least three fics on my hard drive that stand unfinished, plus 2 WIPs, which I had hoped to finish this year. I can guess the reason. My personal life was a mess, and instead of taking solace in writing and fandom, I think it was too much of a distraction.
One of my resolutions for 2007 is to start small. Write drabbles and short fics. Don't stress out too much on the long ones. Once I finish my hd_holidays I'm going to attempt to write a drabble a week. Ha!
I also want to branch out and try writing other pairings. My hp_springsmut assignment will help, which makes me nervous and excited at the same time. I'll never abandon H/D, but I almost feel like I've exhausted everything that I wanted to say.
In the year 2007 I resolve to:
Smoke canadian weed.
