(no subject)
Hey Guys.. sorry long time no post.. I've been busy working and trying to grab hold of everything... alright :-P
So this is how goes.. its been three weeks and hopefully soon my pay will reflect my promotion so I've been going through that.. my moms birthday was two days ago and I took her out to dinner but really wanted to spoil her, however since my pay isnt manager's pay yet; i couldnt.. at least not just yet.
I also enjoy the commute; about thirty minutes from Oceanside to Escondido and i love my mall and the area... last night I invited the other two managers to dinner at Macaroni Grill in the mall's parking lot so we totally chowed down.. it was awesome but they just said i was too quiet lol... total flip of the coin from how I am at work. I'm still nervous.
Sure, at work I've found my niche, my contribution, my everything and I'm part of the team.. but im still the n00b. and found myself listening to conversation they started from situations that happened before i was at the store.. so of course, i was out of the loop.
Freak.. i almost forgot.. so i got to meet another LJ user that surprised me at my work. Michael, visited me at my work. I first met Michael from Strider on LJ and found out he's a dork too and totally works at Wildstorm.. wowzers! so that was cool and unexpected :p
I miss v alot. When we seperated I really wanted to be friends so at least he was in my life... but i see him so INCREDIBLY rarely.. he's coming over, out of the blue this morning to visit, my heart is ecstatic cuz i miss him so im glad :-) I get to see my friend and ex again.
Now i wonder where the hell Jay-Rs been.. the friend that cant call or follow up on a call :-P
