This is one of the best episodes of, what has been, a very strong second season for the TNT show. The actors have a great grasp of their characters and , especially on the part of Beth Riesgraf (Parker) and Timothy Hutton (Nate) obviously enjoy playing them with humour, wit and great enthusiasm.
There were many standout moments in the episode, but watching Nate take his turn as the German interim Headmaster, and Parker helping Nate with the client were standout moments. The best moments, however, were Sophie’s (Gina Bellman’s) moments with the young Whitmark, and her obvious unhappiness with where her life is, a foreshadowing of a major story arc for the 2nd season and Parker and Hardison (Aldis Hodge) playing the part of backup to bumbling FBI agents McSweetin and Taggert which some may remember from the first season episode The Bank Shot Job.
All in all, a standout episode of a standout season of a standout show.

Hardison: Hey. This look like an ordinary cell phone, right? It's not, man. It's a metal detector. See, it uses, pulse-induction technology that sends out a current that generates a magnetic field, and then… are you even listening?
Eliot: (reading a magazine) Yeah.
Hardison: Well, what did I say?
Eliot: You were explaining how you're still a virgin.
