So sick

Despite having not slept in the same bed as Joe, having not cuddled or kissed him for close to a week, I have caught his cold. I have just called in sick to work. I feel like death warmed up. Only problem is I have no sick leave, and guess what next week is? Rhi in Xmas week with no moneys!
Not sure if I mentioned this or not, but Brittany got a berth on HMAS Tobruk. She flies from Ballina to Sydney this morning, and then from Sydney to Cairns. She stays over night in Cairns, and then boards the ship tomorrow morning. The ship sails the east coast and docks in Sydney next Friday where she will get off, and be flown home again - all at the RAN's expense. Its a fantastic oppotunity / adventure for her, and she is excited. She got the last week off school to go on this trip, and after being home for only three days, she flies to Melby to spend xmas with her father.
