Stiles and Derek do have the sense of mind not to do the dirty with the parents in the house, and Scott mainly sticks to head phones - more soundproof that way! xP
Derek has known Stiles since he was twelve and Stiles was seven, and being Scott's best friend he usually hung around at the Hale-McCall place whenever he was back home from uni, and he always liked him (obviously) so it really isn't so strange that he's protective of him. He's protective by nature and he cares a lot about Stiles. They're gonna have to rock a long distance relationship for a while, but Derek will graduate later that year so they'll manage with the occasional weekend visit and Skype, haha.
What Derek said to Jackson? Well, let's just say that he didn't leave much to the imagination when he told him what he would do to him if he ever hurt Stiles again xP
Derek saw Stiles having coffee with Danny and it triggered his jealous streak. He interrogated Stiles on whether they had a thing going on, which made Stiles annoyed because Derek KNEW that Danny was just a friend and so what if they were dating anyway? It was none of Derek's business anyway! And then they were off xP
