yay, I'm home!
so things went well overall the past few days. I muddled through doing the best I can, and didn't really learn of a lick of information, except how to not handle a 10,000 dollar surveillance camera. WHO KNEW DROPPING IT ON THE FLOOR WAS BAD?!
found out that my FASFA thingy got approved for the first time ever this semester, so all my unit/fees/etc have already been waved (all 13 credits!) and I'll be receiving something in the mail from COD on how much more I'll be getting from our wonderful government. I still honestly can't believe I'm taking so much this fall, considering how freaking much I'm working (anything less than a 10 hour day seems like a vacation) and that I'm taking a math, science, english AND Japanese all semester just seems like a bit much. I know a lot of people do the whole full time job/school thing, but being a supervisor in a pretty stressy department at a casino just seems to add to all this. but if everything goes right, I'll hopefully graduate this coming spring (yay!) and I can transfer to the Cal State here. if not, I'm not worried about it, I'm just glad I've stuck to my guns and am riding it out.
