INTRODUCTION POST

Hello! I have been in LJ for years now and I still haven't been able to write my introduction post lol. It's just that I think no one cares 😅. Putting that aside, I decided to write one anyway.

I'm Miyu and I'm from Philippines 🇵🇭. I am a Tobikko or fan of Hey! Say! JUMP. But I also like other Johnny's groups like ARASHI.

No one's interested but I would like to share how I dived into this fandom...

I was around 12 y/o when I started to like Japanese dramas because of Itazura na Kiss. I became a huge fan of J-drama and seen a lot of it in various genres. Then I've seen Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo NEO and fell in love with the protagonist - Yamada Ryosuke! And here I am! 😊 When I checked them out, I realized that I've seen most of the members' dramas before I get to know their group.

At first, it was so hard to find contents about them, there's nothing on YouTube but performances of their songs that is mostly camera recorded. I remember listening to a camera recorded Maji Sunshine and Give Me Love on YT before. It is a live performance cut from their show Itadaki High Jump. Then, I came across to a subbed video of the show which I'm so thankful for because I get to know them more. I have learned from the comment section that I need to join a community before I could get contents. Then I've learned about LJ! So I made one. Then, without knowing, I fell in love with them deeper and as well for other groups.

My ichiban in JUMP is Yamada Ryosuke. I just love all about him. My niban, well, must be all other members 😂 I just love them all sooooo much that they all have become my bias wrecker. I guess that's just the thing with JUMP, either everyone is you bias or your bias wrecker - nothing in between 😂

I still don't know what I should put in my journal. Fixing this journal and I want to give this a bit of life so I have decided to put my subs and edits here as well, but I mostly upload them in my twitter first (I just don't want this journal to be empty). Masterlist below! Maybe I'll post my fan fictions here. I have wrote a lot before (until now) but I just don't have the courage to share it as I felt like no one would read it. I have also made short FMVs and some lyric videos of JUMP and again, I'm just keeping it to myself. Maybe I'll post them soon as well... I do post them on twitter sometimes! 😅

I have intended this to be short but it turned out long 😅 so I'll just end it here. I really want to be friends with everybody but I do not really know how to navigate this (believe me or not, I'm still stupid on how to use this regardless of how long I've been using it 😂) You can follow me at @myrthsss on twitter as I'm always there crossed that out because I just changed my twitter.
