What an eerie blackout last night...
Walking home last night during the blackout was one of the creepiest experiences I've ever had.
Not only were the lights out in all the stores in the strip mall,all the houses and the traffic lights were out too. It was extemely eerie. I couldn't see anything 10 feet in front of me on the sidewalk.
It was like walking through a ghost town,of abandoned houses.
The only really cool/comforting thing was looking out the window of my house and seeing faint lights from the candles in the window dotted among the other houses in my neighborhood.

I only had 2 beers tonight and I feel weird :p
