Aiba sat at home silently. He didn’t really want to think about anything at all. Not about vampires, Jun or who the guy in the shop was. But sadly, when his mind tried to drift over to unimportant things, they always came up. And it forced Aiba to stay awake - all night. By morning, he had not one minute of sleep, and his eyes were bloodshot. Aiba couldn’t move either - he was way to tired. Yet no sleep. He wondered what he could do. If sleep wasn’t going to come to him, and he couldn’t move his body - what should he do?
No matter what ideas came to him, he only stayed on the couch, restless, his eyes staying wide open, and his muscles non-moving. What did he do to deserve this? He only came here to get a job and be away from his parents. Did he do something wrong that go him involved with vampires? God, even saying it in his mind made him sound stupid.
He sat there for a couple of hours (he guesses) before someone was suddenly at his apartment door, knocking it constantly. Aiba couldn’t get up, nor speak, so he had to just leave them outside. Well, that’s what he thought the visitor would do, but they surprisingly entered the apartment, forcefully opening the locked door, and began searching for Aiba. Masaki patiently waited on the couch for whoever it was to find him. He just hoped it was someone he knew… or maybe he didn’t. Yet the man that was soon in front of him, he knew… very well. Jun stared at him, waiting for Aiba to move upon see him, but the other stayed very still.
“Masaki.. Are you okay?” he whispered. But the human did not respond. Jun began to get very worried. “Can you move?” another question. Aiba wanted to look away from him, but his body forbid him.
“Whats wrong?!” he asked quickly, moving forward quickly and kneeling down before the frozen Aiba. He slightly touched Aiba’s forehead, checking for a fever, but he felt perfectly fine. Then, as a reflex, he touched the soft mark on his neck.
“Aiba, is it something to do with this?” he pondered. After he realised Aiba really couldn’t move, he decided to call a close comrade. Aiba watched as Jun moved away, grabbing his cell phone and putting it straight to his ear, murmuring into it, looking at Aiba a little and then concentrating back on his phone. Once he finished talking he walked back over to Aiba and lightly stroked his face carefully.
“You’ll be okay.” he said, whole-heartedly.
They waited a while until someone entered. Jun stood straight up, and ran over to the unknown stranger.
“Good. Your finally here.” he said to the other, but in response he only got a nod. The man walked over to Aiba, but as soon as Masaki saw his face, he wanted to squirm. So much. That vampire with the bloodthirsty red eyes was in front of him, and he still made Aiba terribly horrified. He couldn’t move as the man reached out to his neck, and stroked his bite mark, just like Jun did. But now he moved closer and his lips were soon softly attached to it. Aiba’s eyes widened (in his head) as he felt two fangs get inserted into his neck, and the man had began to feed. The pain was unbearable as he felt his blood rush to his neck, and into the mans mouth. Jun stood by, watching impatiently. Watching him suck Aiba’s precious blood.
“I’m sure that’s enough Sho.” Jun interrupted them, and Sho backed away as he was told. But surely enough, Aiba was able to move a little. He turned his head away from Sho and looked directly at Jun, questionably.
“Aiba, I’m sure by now Ohno-kun has told you everything, and I bit you on that night, but … I accidentally poisoned you as well. I made you mine.” Sho stayed in the shadows, watching the two silently look at each other. Masaki stood up then, and walked right in front of Jun.
“..right.” was all he said. Jun sighed.
“You’d have to do all I told you to. Everything that I ever wanted from you, even if it was absurd, you’d have to give me.” he said. Aiba clicked on something though.
“Why are you talking like.. It didn’t work?” It’s true. Jun did say he accidentally poisoned him, and he was speaking like if it did work this is what would happen.
“Because. Example one. Aiba I want you to suck me off right now.” Jun ordered with a very serious voice. Aiba’s face turned into disgust.
“What?! No!” he said, turning around, facing the other wall, to avoid Jun. But then he heard a chuckle from the other man.
“And what was wrong with this conversation Aiba-chan?”
“You just fucking asked me to suck you off!! That’s Whats wrong!” he stated the obvious.
“So why didn’t you?”
“Because that’s absurd!! I would never.” he said. But then he realised the fault in his own words. His surprised eyes found Jun’s and his mouth formed an ‘O’ shape. “It… didn’t work..” Jun chuckled.
“Look Aiba. I’m not that bad a vampire. Of course it worked.” Jun almost looked happy. And proud.
“Then what?” he said. If it worked, then what is he talking about. “Your confusing.” The older just chuckled and pointed to the other side of the room. The human followed it and noticed it led to the other person in the room.
“That, my dear Aiba-chan, is your savior.” smiled Jun. Aiba froze as he looked at the scary vampire Sho. So.. Sho saved him? How?
“H-How?…” his voice was quivering.
“He sucked my poison out.” was the simple answer Jun gave.
“H-he what?” Sho dropped his head a little. “Then why did he bite me 2 minutes ago?” Jun shook his head.
“He hadn’t got all of the poison out previously. So he was doing that now.”
The conversation stopped there, as Aiba continued to stare at Sho, his savior. His legs began moving on their own until he was now in front of Sho instead.
“..Thank you..” he murmured. Sho’s deep red eyes widened as he saw Aiba bowing to him. This was not what he wanted Aiba to ever do. Yet he couldn’t speak to him.
“A-Are you okay?” Aiba asked as he saw a tear fall down the vampire’s pale face. Sho brought his hand up to his face to wipe it away quickly. That was the second time.
Jun stood by and watched them curiously.
“Yes.” that was the reply Aiba got. Aiba wondered, did vampire’s cry? As the thought crossed his mind, he quickly noticed another small tear fall down the vampire’s cheek, and as a reflex, he softly wiped it away, but kept his hand on Sho’s cheek.
“Vampire’s shouldn’t cry, y’know.” Sho froze as Aiba’s touch lingered.
Jun decided to intervene now.
“Now, now Sho. Come on. We shouldn’t intrude any longer.” he grabbed Sho’s arm forcefully and began to walk out of Aiba’s apartment, Sho not even trying to break away, he let Jun drag him out. Aiba was left stunned as the two vampires left.
“I had nothing to worry about at all?” he wondered as he fell onto the couch. Now he was free again.
Nino walked aimlessly around the dark streets, no one was around except for a few drunks and teenagers. He wandered around, not really caring where he was going, or where his feet was taking him too. Because for some reason tonight, he really wanted to get away from everything, he had a sick feeling in his stomach, and vampires definitely did not get fevers. Nino quickly turned into a deserted alleyway, and leaned against the wall - his head was spinning, and he was getting dizzy. Images suddenly crossed his mind, they were blurry at first and he couldn’t make any of them out. But then a figure became slowly recognizable.
“Oh-chan…” he whispered as the images became crystal clear. True enough. That was Ohno he was seeing. But Nino’s heartbeat rose. Fast. Ohno was in the arms of another, their lips touching and both of the men’s eyes were closed. Yet, that other person was not Nino. No.. Ohno was kissing someone else.. And much more passionately than he ever did with Nino. The images flashed by quicker, it was almost like a little movie was playing inside of the vampires head.. And Nino couldn’t stand it. Not one bit.
A loud scream came from Nino’s voice box and crystal tears fell down the vampire’s face.
“….Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!” the screaming was full of pain and hurt. Nino slid down the brick wall, his hands covering his wet face, and he slowly brought his knees up to his chest. Sobs filled the alleyway.
Yet, Nino began to think, why was he - a vampire - sitting in a dirty alleyway, crying for something that is already his. Why, out of all things, was he acting like a disgusting human? Nino flung himself up.
“..No.. Ohno is mine.” that was all that was said. The next thing that happened, was Nino ran, that was all he did, and all he could do, so he ran. To Ohno.
Ohno attached his lips to Yamapi’s once again. Both of the men moaned as their tongues danced with each other, and their hands roamed each other’s topless bodies. This was all bliss for Ohno, better than what his relationship with Nino could ever be. Yamapi put his hand through Ohno’s hair, pulling his head back a little, to grant himself better access to Ohno’s cavern. Yet, they were interrupted by the door smashing open - hitting the opposite wall like a meteor.
“Wha-?” Ohno was once again interrupted, but this time by a very angry toned voice.
“..Oh-chan.. Who is this?” Nino’s deadly voice rang through Ohno’s - now terrified - head.
“Nino..” whispered Ohno. No, No, No.. this was not supposed to happen, though Ohno. Yamapi however, inched closer to Ohno, as if he was protecting him from the unwelcome intruder. His arm was put around Ohno’s waist, pulling the older one closer to him this time as he spoke to Nino.
“I don’t care who you are, but get out of here this instance.” he said, glaring directly at Nino. However, the other just laughed, and walked one step closer.
“I’m sorry, are you talking to me? Who said you could even address me?” his voice was venomous, but his eyes were lit up in excitement. And Ohno could see that. So, despite every cell in his body was covered by fear, he spoke up.
“Don’t.. Speak to him like that. And do what he says.” he said, his eyes staring into Nino’s. The vampire’s eyes widened.
“..You..” he couldn’t even finish his sentence before Yamapi cut in.
“Yeah so get the fuck out before I call the cops.” he said, pulling Ohno even closer. Nino froze. His heart sped up again, and his mind was fuming.
“Don’t you talk to me like that.. You stupid dick.” Nino replied. Yamapi scoffed.
“Coming from the guy who won’t fucking leave like he’s told. Now be a good little boy and go.” he said, a sly smile plastered on his face. Ohno couldn’t move, nor could he stop what Nino did next. Nino’s eyes widened, and he prepared to lunge.
He landed on Yamapi’s frail body, his own crushing it as he began to it Yamapi on the face. Yamapi couldn’t even talk, he didn’t get a chance to as Nino continued to hit him, blood covering his face slowly, as Ohno stood there motionless. Nino hesitantly stopped, as he stood up and turned to Ohno.
“You see. This is what happens when you betray me.” he said, no emotion on his face as he saw Ohno’s painful one. He looked over at the hurt man on the floor, blood covering his entire face as he whimpered slowly, unable to move. Nino crouched down and brought Yamapi’s face close to his.
“And this is what happens when you touch a vampire’s property.” Not a second passed before he began feeding on Yamapi, as cold tears rushed down Ohno’s face, as he watched the life and soul flow out of Yamapi.
A lone man watched the human’s house with endless curiosity. After he saw the other weak vampire enter it angrily, he couldn’t help but watch things play out. It excited him to watch human’s meddle in vampire’s affairs. Although.. This human was very interesting. He decided to float down and enter the house. There he saw a very interesting scene before him. His blood red eyes lit up in bedazzlement as he watched the weak vampire from before suck the blood of the interesting human. And the fact that another human was just standing in the sidelines doing nothing, well that just added to the wonder. As he noticed the human nearing his end, he decided it was time to step in. He grabbed the collar of the vampire and easily flung him back, the vampire hitting the brick wall - the force smashing it to pieces. The unknown man ignored the wall, and instead walked over to the dying man. He reached his hand out and slowly picked the injured man up.
“Well.. Your still alive. Amazing.” He said as he examined the man. Once he noticed the other human still standing there, he got a bit angry.
“You. Why don’t you go and check if that worthless vampire is still alive, eh? Before I kill you.” his voice stayed calm through the entire sentence. And the other followed his orders without hesitation. The stranger’s attention turned back to the man.
“I will help you.” was all he said, as he brought one of his hands over the human’s bite mark, and made it go away, very easily. The human began to cough as life zoomed back into his frail body.
“There there.” it was like the human was a baby. The human coughed and looked at the stranger confusedly.
“W-Why d-did y-you save m-me?..” the human was struggling to speak.
“Why?” the unknown man chuckled a little. “The question that will be answered right now is who are you?” When another question was thrown back at the human - he immediately answered.
“..Y-Yamapi..” The man smiled brightly as his red eyes widened.
“Would you like to come home with me?”
Nino slowly got up, trying to get his muscles to work again after that amazing crash into the wall, he began to look around. But there was no sign of anyone. Not Ohno, his ‘partner’ nor that other vampire.
“Shit!” he kicked a part of the wall to the other side, watching as it destroyed the opposite wall. Nino started to check the room, checking for any clues as to who the other vampire was, and why the hell he was able to throw Nino against a wall like he was a toy. The door was suddenly opened again, and Nino’s property stepped through - no expression on his face. Nino’s breath stopped.
“Oh-chan..” the conversation was never going to go anywhere. Ohno just simply walked past the vampire without a second thought. Nino watched Ohno enter the kitchen, and grab a glass. He filled it up with water and drunk it like his life depended on it.
“Oh-chan.” The vampire tried again, but Ohno didn’t listen, he only continued to drink and drink. Nino stopped.
“Oh-chan, come here now.” he ordered, yet Ohno did not move. “I told you to come here, now!” he screamed. But Ohno did not move, yet again. Nino’s breathe hitched. “..Why aren’t you listening to me?” he asked, while moving forward to Ohno’s kitchen. This time, Ohno did turn around to stare at Nino.
“Why?” was all he said. He moved forward to the vampire but he never strayed too close. “Because I never want to listen to you again, you ruined my life Nino. I thought you could never make it worse than it already was, but you did. Because now Yamapi is away from me, and its entirely your. Fault.” the venom in his voice was very noticeable to Nino, and that scared him like hell.
“..B-But..” Ohno cut the vampire off.
“Get the fuck out of here Nino.” Nino’s eyes widened. This shouldn’t be happening. Oh-chan was his, and he had to listen and follow everything Nino told him. Why wasn’t he now? Nevertheless.. Nino quickly left the apartment, like Ohno told him too. He was right.
Nino muttered to himself as he was aimlessly walking again.
“I never did anything for him. I took him by force, I made him do everything by force, and when he had found someone else, I made him go away. Ohno.. Your free now.” Nino stopped as he reached the end of the street. Of all the things that have happened that day, only one thing was going through his mind at this moment. He had to end it. He had to end all the pain he was causing Ohno. And he had to do it now, or he never will.
Nino continued to walk and walk, until he reached a wooden sign. It read :
‘Edge of Cliff up ahead. Do not go any further.’
However, Nino ignored the sign and kept walking. Tears were flowing down his face, and his heart was beating rapidly. This was for the best, was what he kept telling himself. When he reached the edge of the bottomless cliff, he closed his eyes.
“Oh-chan.. I know I hurt you. I never meant to. You were my everything. I needed you to complete my life. I know I should’ve gotten you a better way, and I apologize for making you do anything you didn’t want to. It was selfish and I can never be forgiven. So what I’m about to do now, is free you. I love you oh-chan. Do not ever forget that, please. Please never forget. I love you.” he stepped off cliff as he finished his sentence. As he was falling, everything seemed to fall away from his mind, now he knew. Now that Ohno was free.. Now so was he.
“NINO!!!!” Ohno sat up from his bed as tears gushed down his face. His loud groans were loud as he breathed heavily. “No, no, no, no.” he muttered as he quickly shoved his shoes on and ran speedily out the door. As he ran down the street, he kept shouting.
“NINO! NINO!!” his screams were full of pain. For an unknown reason, he knew exactly were Nino had went, and when he finally reached the edge of the cliff, he broke down. On his knees, he held his hands up to his chest, as he screamed once again, the name of his owner.
“NINO!! Don’t you dare leave me!!! Please! Oh god, Please come back!!” he sobbed as he knew Nino had left him. Now he had no one. No one.
