No headlights...
Ok so I had to take my math test a second time. Damn...but I made a 100 on it the next go round! Yeah me. I have to have the pathophysiology for 11 disease processes typed up by next Tuesday. Next Monday I have a medication administration test at 8am. This is testing our knowledge of 50 drugs, their interactions, side effects, lab work necessary, and reasons for being given or held. It also is a skills test on how to actually administer them. Yeah...Monday 8am....send Xanax!
Backing up a little bit. After class on Tuesday,which lets out at 9:30pm, I start my car and begin the wet and cold drive home. Only I notice I can't see shit! I have no headlights! Only parking lights. I was damn lucky I didn't get pulled over. I called my step-dad in a panic. He tells me to try to make it home. I do ok until the turn into Telferner. NO LIGHTS PEOPLE.....no security lights, no porch lights, no nada. I was so scared I was shaking...and driving less than 10mph. I did however make it home and in the middle of grouching at my mechanic my piece of shit phone runs out of battery and hangs up.
I of course call him back and guess what? It's back at the damn mechanics. Again. Yes again. Less than a week after I picked it up and $450 later. Lawrence picked me up on his lunch break and informed me that I will be staying home while he and my mother and their friends go out to dinner for his birthday. I at least have McDonalds to look forward to. *sigh* I miss having dates on Friday nights.
Paul and I aren't talking anymore. My phone bill was over $100 and he isn't online much. Whatever...
