And 彼 and I reach another milestone with 4 years 5 months ^3^
Anniversary Cake
Lovely cheese cake that I bought from minato mirai

I finally got to watch Bleach Musical!! It's been years since I first watched the clips online, and I feel damn lucky to be able to catch the show while I'm in Japan ;3
The actors are all different but their singing was really good. The same songs were sung, with a few new additions.
The story focused on the soul society, from the moment Ichigo arrived in Soul Society until he said farewell to Rukia the day before he was returning to the real world. All the cool moments were shown - Ichigo vs Ikkaku, vs Zaraki, vs Renji. Renji vs Byakuya (The lovely scene where Byakuya throws his scarf onto Renji), the saving Rukia from Soukyoku scene, Aizen throwing his glasses and setting his hair scene. Some really awesome scenes - Aizen reveals he is alive and stabs Momo while she is hugging him in tears, Byakki explaining about Rukia's sister, Renji and Byakki emotional scene at the hospital bed where he got interrupted by Ichigo (what was he going to say!?)
Bleach goods. I dont like to buy goods generally, but decided to buy a multi-case and a can badge. Also bought a paper bag to hold the stuff.

The badge was inside a wrapped so we didn't know who we will get. Got Rukia ;3
I still prefer the previous gen though >_< miss them, but it's been so many years, I guess they've moved on to new shows etc~

Summer = Fireworks in Japan!
Our group of Singaporeans on secondment decided to head out to Sumida River to watch Fireworks together. Roomate PS, her friend S, and KK headed out first around noon to chope a good spot. The rest of us arrive later (E, BK, A arriving around 5pm after going to FF14 Cafe), and me arriving around 6pm after my Burimyu~
They picked a good seat right beside the river making it quite breezy and cooling. It was abit far from the fireworks though, but the scenery was really nice with the river and Sky Tree.
1.5 hours non-stop Fireworks. I didn't take much photos since my hp wouldn't do them justice and I was just too happy enjoying watching.
The journey home was tougher with crowded trains. Most of us were hungry also so headed to Dennys for a late dinner.
Aug 2nd is Kangawa Newspaper Fireworks Festival. J, PS and I headed out to Yamashita Park after work to check it out.
It's only 1 hour, but the fireworks were really awesome. It was a true performance with varieties of fireworks, carefully placed and choreograped.
I'm definitely going back to watch this agian next year.
After the festival, we headed to Yokohama for a nice hot delicious bowl of Ichiran Ramen!
Pokemon Go Walk
Pokemon Go was released in Singapore yesterday! 彼, mayu and my kor all started playing so gave them some tips, and became motivated to go out play myself too.
I sat at Yamashita Park for about 5 hours because there was a lovely site right smack in the middle of 3 popular all-time-lyring pokestop. Collected enough materials, used a lucky egg and spammed evolve my monsters and shot from lv 17 to 19. So now I'm lv 20 ^_^
As it neared sunset, decided to walk to Minato Mirai (about 4 train stops) since there were plenty of pokestops along the way, and the weather was good.

Our singaporean bunch gathered for a meal on Sunday after the Sumidagawa fireworks. Quite a crowd, with 8 of us squeezed into PS' room. PS cooked chicken rice and vegetable while A prepared his really delicious meat balls.

I've been experiementing with udon recently (because they felt more cooling than rice). Back on my ATW program in Fukuoka university, the uni canteen served this かつサラダうどん Cutlet salad udon, which I decided to try making it. Culet and salad I just bought from the supermarket, boiled my own udon, cool it down with cold water, stack them together and pour a bunch of ice-cold soba sauce. It's awesome delicious and cooling for the hot summer days.
Also cooked cabagge curry with fried squid (fried squid from supermarket).
