Just today
In my attempt to continue with my daily blogs... we'll see how long this lasts. Bwahahahaaaa..... yeah. A week? If I'm lucky. Anyways! Moving on from pessimism.
Went to bed at like 3:30AM last night while attempting to do my Partners homework. When it hit the point that I was dreaming while answering questions I decided to call it a night. What's the point in answering a question if you don't even know what you're saying, let alone learning anything? Its not for a grade, its for my benefit. So I called it a night. The original plan was to take a 30 minute nap and try to keep going, because Tim supposedly wanted to meet the next morning cuz he can't do Sat.
30 min, turned into an hour.
And hour on the couch to an hour on my bed.
and at 7:30 this morning I went "ah crap" and kinda got up but went back to bed.
Finally got up at 8 and got a text from Tim at 10. He can't do today. Lovely. Jason, make a mental note. One chapter of partners homework is WAY too much for one night.
Was suppose to do Daniel's brakes today on his VW. Sent him a text about the time I got Tim's saying to swing by whenever. I continued my journey through Exodus and TANed more of 1 Peter today. The Bible continues to blow me away.
Did Dan's brakes. Correction. Tried to do Dan's brakes. When a 6" C clamp won't press the piston back into the caliper... yeah.... stupid cars. Motorcycle pls. I gave up and put the old pads back in and gave the clamp to Dan and told him to have fun. He left with a smile. Almost dropped the car off the jack too... that was kinda cool.
Then I went to Kawasaki to work on Facilities Dan's quads. Spent a good chunck of my time there talking to people. Its such a blessing to see people actually smile when they recognize me. I don't want that to sound pompous, I want it to sound thankful, because people could definitely do other things. Thank you Lord for their love. Got to see everybody in the shop, Dan and Pat Harris and then even got a hug from Rachael at the very end. Awesome, that's everybody. Thank you Lord. =)
Then I went to Crave. Lord, I pray for the people that don't recognize their sin. Please make it apparent to them, especially those that call You Lord. Please Lord, for their sake and for Yours. This includes me Lord. My goodness this includes me. Please show me my sin and lead me to repentance so you may continue to be greater glorified through my life. Because that's all that matters Lord. Thank you so much. I love you Jesus. Amen.
Lord, I also pray for Lisa at Crave. I don't know why, but please keep her as happy as she was tonight. Thank you for letting me place all this at your feet Lord. Amen.
