Friday of Fun!
Had a great weekend this weekend.
After getting back Friday I was waiting for Verity to finish work (at 9pm) so I made a snack - a toasted cheese sandwhich. For the cheese I used wenesleydale and cranberry, but sandwhiches, like life, are all about the filling. I put in some mushrooms and two orange flavoured after eights.
Then when I picked V up from work we went to blockbusters and rented two films; Ashuma (which is awesome!) and a horror film called...wait for it...'THE NUN'!!!! Win.
Then we went to Efe's to get buy one get one free super large pizzas. So good!
It was a cool Friday Movie party kinda night. I'm fairly strapped for cash at the mo so avoiding going out, so this was a good alternative.
Listen to Dorp. They are Placebo-esque and pretty cool.
Apparently on Sat. night my team from work was having a work night out. They were meeting at the Goose at the V & A. When asked if I was going I said said 'No, I have real friends'. So I spent Sat. with actual friends, not work substitutes and had an awesome time. Got to see a game of Blood Bowl and delve briefly into the depths of Richie's video collection on his computer. Always fun!
I need to start referring to myself in the third person more.
