Please Help! Room Wanted!
So my apartment complex is trying to end my lease early. This puts me in a bit of a bind - and I'm finding I need to find a place to move in somewhere between 30 June 09 and 31 July 09. So, throwing my hat in the social networking ring, and seeing if anyone can help me out for a few months.
27 year old female, non-smoker with two cats and good rental history seeking month-to-month rent on a room in the DFW area due to unique circumstances.
Will pay for monthly expenses including utilities (electricity, water, cable, internet) & food. Rent and Deposits negotiable depending on amenities and location. Will also help cook and clean, and I am good with children and animals. Cats are socialized though one was once abused. Both cats have capped claws and cannot tear furniture anymore. I do have my own car and am willing to help run errands and help out around the house. In addition to working full time I am a part time student.
I am mostly quiet, don't drink and don't smoke and don't host wild parties. I will occasionally go out and am prone to making delicious experimental food in the kitchen but I love to share and will clean up.
