It's ok, glad you were able to submit :)

Basically if you don't see the 'submissions closed' comment and voting hasn't gone up yet, then that means I probably fell asleep or have some other stuff to deal with first and will be running behind schedule. At that point it's ok to submit a late entry, though there will be no real warning as to when exactly I will get around to closing submissions/posting voting, so it should only be done asap and at your own risk of missing the cut-off.
