Sometimes when you feel something, you have to just sit there and experience it even if you don't want to. So sometime just sit there and feel the pain and the hurt. I don't have much pain in my life but it's hard to go through life without any. Normally I just drop the feeling and think of something else, or do something so I can ignore it. But no, I will feel my feelings and be ok with them. I also don't need to mask them. I just can't make any moment my enemy.
