Of all the obsessions I have this one will never end. I always want to be eating something delicious. Today I went to a Taiwanese restaurant and the food was delicious, however, I felt quite sick right after. It's not because the food was bad but it was because the food was bad for you. Just a sample of some of the yummies I had this weekend.

I went home and roasted veggies and had some squash soup for dinner. I paired it with some hot tea with no milk. I need to eat healthier. I will try to only eat bad foods on the weekend. I will try to stick to something mainly vegetarian food for lunch, if need be very little meat. For breakfast I need to be consistent. No dinner food for breakfast. If I make mac and cheese I can only have it for one meal!
