Golden threadfin bream
Today I bought a fish at the supermarket. Only 1.50! It's call the golden threadfin bream. It's a personal sized fish. I bought it as a whole fish: head, fins, scales attached. Thank goodness for the masterchef show where chef ramsey showed everyone how to descale and debone the fish. I put it in some flour after and pa. Fried it. Quite tasty.
