Oh my GAWD she posts again…..
Can I say that my life has been a whirlwind that I did not expect? Can I say that this college stuff has been all consuming? Can I say that I have had severe tunnel vision since the day of my first class?
I would say a resounding “YES” to all of the above.
At this very moment I still am graced with a 4.0 GPA and for that I am very grateful to whatever brain I seem to have found or retained which ever may be the case. I am into my next semester which is the subject that I just love without question…*cough…cough*, Algebra in its finest form. Math has never been one of my strong suits but I am weathering through with finally relenting to the fact that you really can add x and y and get them to equal to c. I still hold on to my opinion that letters were never suppose to be added…but for me the time has come to accept and retain that 4.0.
Those of you who are gifted each autumn with the colors of wild abandon I have a visual picture burned into my mind of so far the most beautiful day I have seen, lived, and experienced as of yesterday. My friend and I set out on a trek to the mountains of north Georgia. Of course I had to go and retrieve my car from the body shop where the repairs to her beautiful round rump were being smoothed back into place. Yes, Wednesday I was lucky enough to have someone run up under the tail end of my car producing of course the highest point of stress of this past week. Top down and seat warmers on we girls now named Thelma and Louise headed to the north.
Being fairly new to the state of Georgia she had not had the experience of seeing what I was about to show her. In fact I never thought I would see the beauty that was about to unfold. Here is a glimpse of what we saw and how we felt about the 745 stairs we had to climb to view the summit.
Check out the Beauty....Clicky Click Here This time of year is perhaps my most favorite, not too hot, not too cold and your eyes can never take in so much color. I just go topless, turn on the seat warmers and keep looking up otherwise I might miss something important.
