[Fic] Because He's Ryo
Here I go~ I claimed Ryoda at the community 30_ways because I love the pairing and I think I could use the practice. It looked like fun. And hey, I already finished one. It's a drabble, my first I think. Maybe.

When it came to Tatsuya Ueda, Ryo Nishikido hardly ever said what he meant. The two understood this. Ryo was incapable, and Tatsuya was accepting, since he actually understood the language from day one. It worked for them.
That time Ryo came up after a Music Station performance and said “Yo Donkey, your dancing wasn’t half as bad as usual.” Tatsuya knew that what he actually meant to say was “You did well.”
Because Ryo didn’t like giving actual compliments without the sarcasm.
When Tatsuya and Ryo were in the elevator one morning and Ryo turned to him and said “You look particularly ugly today. Go get some beauty rest, god knows you need it.” Tatsuya knew that what he wanted to say was “I can tell you have the flu. Go home and rest.” But couldn’t.
Because Ryo didn’t know how to show concern to someone he “hated”.
That time at dinner with everyone, when Ryo leaned over the table and said “Did you actually flirt with that waitress? Really, just how desperate are you, Ueda?” in a nasty tone, Tatsuya knew that what he meant to say was “I was watching you. You noticed, and yet you haven’t spoken to me once tonight.” But refused to.
Because Ryo couldn't admit he had a jealousy problem, even before they got together.
Their first date really shouldn’t have happened. Ryo had approached Tatsuya one afternoon and said “You’re ugly, untalented, and all-around unappealing. So I’m going to pity you and let you see what it’s like to go out with someone. Be greatful.” Luckily, Tatsuya knew that what he really wanted to say was “I like you, so let’s go out sometime.” But wouldn’t.
Because Ryo is an asshole.
After their first time, when Ryo smirked and said “I thought you’d be worse.” Tatsuya knew that he really meant to say “You were amazing.” But didn’t.
Because Ryo has horrible pillow talk.
And each and every time Ryo says “I don’t hate you, Tatsuya.” Tatsuya knows he that he really means to say “I love you.” But can’t.
Because Ryo is Ryo.
A/N: IDK. It's short, stupid, and kind of weird, but oh well. I wrote this in like 4 minutes on ZERO sleep. It's freaking 1:03 in the afternoon and I haven't slept yet @_@ so yeah, I'll fix mistakes and stuff later. Probably. *FAILS*
