For jaesus, my D-Lo, who will one day love JongKey as much as I do.
There are few things in the world that thrill Kibum quite as much as watching Jonghyun sing in the studio.
It’s different than the times he sings on stage with the rest of the members, it‘s as if everything but Jonghyun‘s passion for music is stripped away. He isn’t thinking about choreography, his body moves to the music in a completely natural way. His eyes are closed, and there’s no sign of the playful smirks that SHINee’s Kim Jonghyun is known for. There’s something else in his expression right then, something raw and real and more captivating than any of the faces he makes on stage for the screaming girls in the crowd. Kibum stands and watches, watches Jonghyun’s eyelids flutter, and his lips drag across the screen filter, his arm reaching out to someone who isn’t there, voice coming out as a nothing more than a low, hypnotic hum. Kibum wishes he could keep this all to himself.
He wants to keep Jonghyun all to himself.
