Goodbye LJ! (updated 2011)
This has been a long time coming. Pretty much everyone who follows me on LJ also follows me on Facebook and/or Twitter.
The vast majority of comments I get on LJ are spam from registered faux accounts, so unavoidable without disabling comments, which I don’t want to do.
I currently pay LJ so I can customise my journal to the extent I like, and it still doesn’t give me enough flexibility.. So, screw it. I’m trying to simplify my online stuff, so now my blog is on Tumblr alongside the web-comic. All the relevant blog posts will be shown on my fb too.
I’ll keep my account active for communities etc and following other people but won’t technically be posting here anymore - not on this account at least.
