This list is by no means exhaustive, but it's the meme i found on foodporn. I now feel inspired to try all the things on the list. Some things I'm surprised I haven't eaten already. I'm not sure on some of the Indian things - I've eaten a lot of stuff with out knowing what it was called.

Interesting what one has eaten, and hasn't. I'm shocked that you haven't had sauerkrat, but then again, my relatives are from Wisconsin and it's the kimchi of the cheese state.

sauerkraut is like kimchi for czech people. or something. but i still don't like sour things. my grandpa canned sauerkraut, pickles, and pickled beets every year. i still don't like them. one christmas i was unpleasantly surprised to find out what i thought was cranberry sauce was actually pickled beets. T_T

sour = bleh

actually, though, i had some kimchi that wasn't too bad. *shrugs*
