Hey, Neal? Nice hat.

Ako's electronics run towards something that looks like it should be a flashlight and something that looks like a movie prop of a raygun.

Her drink it simple tea.

Unfair comparisons.

First of all, Neal would put a wager down on Ako's electronics being that of her choosing, rather than foisted upon her with little choice. Secondly, a tracking anklet cannot stand up against a raygun.

Third, Neal will always bow out gracefully to a beautiful woman in an attractive hat. Why compete with that when you could join forces?

This competition is called on account of a leading advantage in favor of Ako.

Neal's concession is accepted gracefully.

Ako's movement is somewhat less graceful as she goes by and spills her tea.

"Oh no."

New heights of heels (pretty much any, really) are being attempted today.

He's up in a flash, not even needing time to think about it first. Grabbing the cloth napkin off his table, he takes a few graceful strides over to her and kneels.

"I've got it, miss."

First, he carefully cleans off her shoes, respectfully keeping his hands below the ankles. They're nice shoes, and a lady should never be out a pair of nice shoes on account of a little spilled tea.

Well they are nice shoes but Neal gets an odd look that he can't see directly. This is kind of cool and a little embarrassing.

"I, um, thank-you?" she manages, "I don't want to be any trouble."
