The local library is fairly quiet, even for a library. Thus, there is a red haired girl reaching for the higher shelves, attempting to retrieve from them a book on advance sentence structuring.
The world around her made her feel even smaller than normal, as the massive height of the main room of the library was at least three stories high, and the shelves must only be a few feet below that. In this library is just about any book for any information one might be required of. There are four rows of shelves, and in a long, broad path between the middle shelves, aligned with the massive two-door entryway, are a collection of large oak tables and simple wooden chairs. These chairs appear to be fairly light and easy to move, though the tables look like they might have been moved in by a man on each corner, in order to lift them.
Unfortunately, for Hi-chan, the book she is looking for is occupying a shelf just above her arm's reach, even standing by the tip of her toes of one foot on the bottom shelf. Perhaps, even in such an empty building, someone might happen by to assist her, though that may only be a simple wish.
hi-chan,
