The top hat covered head looks up, and the one visible blue eye (his head seems to be angled just right for the glare reflecting off the monocle to hide the other) blinks.
"If you can do something about it, I wouldn't mind," he replies smoothly, a moment later, Poker Face back in place.
He nods and takes the jacket into his hands before shaking it out... and presenting it back to the young man without a spot in sight. It actually looks cleaner overall as well.
Kaito glances around, and... Well, no detectives in sight. He grins, and with a flourish, produces a flawless deep blue sapphire, easily the size of a man's eye.
"No," he says, putting the gem back where he's been keeping it. "Not what I'm looking for, either." Which of course means he'll give it back at his most entertaining convenience.

He can appear and disappear things. He can walk on air, and turn your hair bright green with a snap of his fingers.
But the arm thing?
Way cooler than any other trick he's ever seen.
