Pete Campbell is, by all accounts, always well-dressed. When his grey suit changes into a sleek black one, he isn't too phased (and my, do those shoes shine).

Seated in one of the side booths and accompanied by a tumbler of scotch and a cigarette, he looks perfectly at ease.

Of course, this could change with the flip of a switch.

Her dress flutters by as she goes to get a glass of sparkling champagne that's almost the same gold as the feathers she wears.

Pete watches her go by, mouth quirking slightly as he appraises her. It's one hell of a dress (you don't see one like that every day) and she does manage to pull it off. The feathers he thinks she could probably do without, but he's hardly drunk enough to start saying things like that.

The feathers are simply part of her and as she moves past him again she nods, tuxedos are rather beautiful suits.

He nods right back, with a soft, "Evenin'," in tow.

"Good evening."

She knows how to act in court, this is simply another version of it.

Card by card.

It's easy enough.

"How's it going?"

"Enjoying a change of scenery, yourself?"

"Enjoying a change in company. So not too badly."

"Are you a dancing man?"

Have to play by the rules of sorts here after all.

Pete Campbell is several things. Among them: a married man. He can also dance a wicked Charleston but this is hardly that kind of music.

"Well enough, I guess."

She gives him a considering look before moving back towards her seat,

"Oh just well enough. Thank you."

Blowing out a stream of smoke, Pete sits up a little.

"What's your name, honey?"

"Tiwa, sir."

The dress moves with her since though she's wearing shoes, its a touch closer to flying for her.

"Tiwa, huh?"

He taps the end of his cigarette against an ashtray.

"Where you from?"

"Place called Wellington, ever heard of it?"
