The young man taking a seat by the bar looks mostly human. Just... well, odd purple eyes.

He has a slim build, barely disguised by the loose trench-coat.

It was hard to notice the purple eyes from here. Unusual smells could be another factor, but George was focusing on his tea more. He noted the person in passing.

Connor offers a small nod, glancing around the place.

Strange things like this made him want to stop listening to Kady, but... ah well.

He turns to watch people, not interested in refreshments.

"Been around here before?"

Connor turns to George, offering a smile. "No. I have been... I guess you can say exploring. There is a lot to see when you learn to move around far and wide."

"Should be careful where you go."

"I am, do not worry." The young man offers a smile and a hand. "Connor."

George shook his hand, "George. Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you as well." Connor looks around at the people. "They seem to be very... at ease."

Not a feeling he notices a lot in people from where he comes.

"Who?" He glanced around, and then shrugged, "I suppose? Is it usually like this?"

"Maybe here? Back home people are not so lively, all the time." Connor smiles a bit. "Every place is different, and so far this seems to be a good 'different'."

"I'm from London. Whitechapel."

"It's not like that back home either, and live in Bristol myself."

[leadinghome]

"Bristol. How is like there like, nowadays?" Simple way to knowing if they are from the same Earth.

He shrugged, "It's Bristol. Have a flat there with some mates, and the hospital's usually quiet."

[leadinghome]

"You work at a hospital? Nice. One of my friends is a doctor." Or close to it. "Mike does... charity work around Whitechapel." A necessity, since nobody has money to pay her for her work.
