So there's this girl here, of unclear ethnicity. Her skin is midtoned in color, her hair much the same, and her eyes are very dark. She is sitting on the floor staring at the-

-no, she's talking to you.

"I'm so sorry, what did you say? I am-"

Asher's staring, puzzled, at the girl on the floor, unsure what to make of this whole scenario. "Who are you talking to?"

"I am."

She pauses.

"Talking to a person."

More pause.

"Hello!"

"Hi." An awkward little wave.

"A specific person?"

"And why are you talking like that, anyways?" Asher waves his hand vaguely. "With the... irregular gaps, and everything."

He's not trying to talk like her, but he does tend to speak a bit haltingly himself when he's sufficiently confused.

This makes her think for a moment.

"I am not... thinking... all here. This is my small body."

"Hmmm." He sounds intrigued by this cryptic comment. "So... in that case, where's the rest of you?"

This is clearly a question that causes her a great deal of thought, and leads to a great many possible directions. First she looks down at the floor. Then behind her. Then somewhere past him, right, left, up...

"Moving like here," she says at last. "From the center, that way." And points through the wall.
