Given the Ensign in question is rather obviously an Orion (albeit a redhead), the sight of her reading could be an odd one. Especially as she is reading about an engineering report.
Still, given her boots are on the table and she is swinging on the back legs of the chair, there is at least a slightly rakish air to her.
