Spotted: Blair Waldorf, alone and looking very confused, in a bar that to its credit, isn't exactly on the Upper East Side.
"Dorota! Would you be a dear and tell me exactly where we are?!" she snaps, turning around to find no door and a distinct lack of her maid. A look of determination and mild disgust appears on her face, and she steps lightly in order to avoid waitrats running near her feet.
"God, aren't these places supposed to be sanitary?" she says out loud as she takes out her cell phone. No service. Of course.
She makes her way to the bar to inquire about calling for her driver: living proof of the good old saying that you can lead a Blair to water, but you can't make her drink.
