Time runs for Jonathan Crane in a somewhat alinear fashion, which he blames on the drugs-- that is, insofar as he's inclined to do anything but chuckle at the haziness and distortions at the edges of his world. Blame takes effort and focus, and right now it's one or the other but not both. Sentraline's uncertainty principle.

So here he is, disheveled and distracted and just a little wild-eyed, murmuring formulas to himself as he wonders fuzzily what the bar will be inclined to serve him at the moment.
