[ooc: How Dragon makes illusions is by mentally reaching out to those around her, and making their minds think they are seeing whatever she wants. This will work on humans/humanoids who do not have a strong, active shield, and if you tag this I will take it as permission for Dragon to make the character see illusions of the harmless/mostly harmless kind.
