Molly's eyes hurt. This is, all things considered, a little bit of a bad thing. (See: finding oneself unable to sleep and subsequently reading by sparsely available light.)
So -- booth.
She doesn't look sleepy, no, but a little bleary-eyed and tired. It should probably also be noted that she is not, as a matter of fact, looking unhappy. As weird as she finds her current state, it's something she's learned to deal with.
(And for the interested, that is not coffee, because heaven knows she doesn't need it.)
The doctor, on the other hand, looks far from tired, although not quite happy, per se. But you can't have your cake and eat it, too.
Except for the part where he is, and also except for the part where it's not cake.
But you can't have your-- never mind.
