It's been a long time since Jeran saw this place. He figured he'd seen the last of it when he left Tierfon, but then, he also figured he'd die before he hit twenty-five.
Well, that didn't happen.
He brightens at the sight of the bar. He was expecting the CO's office (being an officer is all about doing paperwork and giving reports, apparently; it sucks), so a source of alcohol is far preferable.
Whiskey, a cigarette, and pretty people to watch. Definitely a better use of his time than reports.
