The door opens; slipping his bulk through is a large... red... man. (?)
He stands in the doorway for a minute, before he touches a reciever on his shoulder, speaking into it. "Yeah, okay. Abe? You read?" There is something coming across the line -- probably to the bud in his ear. "Yeah. Uhm. The anomaly? It's a Bar."
Another pause. Listening.
"No, I'm pulling your fins. Yes, a bar. A real bar. A waitress just went past." Pause. "No. The readings are good. Doesn't look like any bogies. Just -- a bar." He laughs after a moment. "Well, I'll get a beer and tell you if it's any good. Just see about anchoring the portal and coming on over. It looks like our kinda place."
There is another pause, before he lets the door shut behind him. He puts his hand to the Samaritan, the great gun resting heavily against his hip, and flips the safety back on. He doesn't pull the earbud out, but he strides through the place like he belongs there.
And maybe, of all the bars in the multiverse, this is the one where Hellboy belongs.
