Multi-pup post / Bar-type place!
Baxter is seated at a corner of the bar with paperwork spread out in front of him. He's carefully and conscientiously trying to keep it hemmed in to a fair proportion of bar space, so as not to disturb anyone sitting close by. If there were anyone sitting close by, that is. He looks around occasionally, but as that still happens to bother him a smidge his attention stays split between the books and papers, and his cup of tea.
...Scratch that last one.
"Ah, shhhh--"

Elsewhere, at a table for two, Auggie is sipping innocuously at a beer and doesn't seem to have his attentions split between anything. This has nothing to do with the fact that he can't physically see. He did choose a table close to the bar but not too close to the bar, out of the way but not too out of the way, and with a good vantage point on the front door for a reason, after all. What that reason is? That's for him to know, and you to find out.
