Andromeda Tonks - Post DH, tester for Cape and Cowl, etc - Hospital setting
Being an emergency room nurse did not leave much time for breaks, but sometimes your unit clerk came to the conclusion that twelve straight hours was a bit much for that particular environment. She'd been trying to distract herself from the strangeness of being in a place that apparently housed any number of people who had been for all intents and purposes dead, without the grandson that she'd just become accustomed to taking care of.
Throwing herself into work had seemed like the best strategy, all things considered. She sighed, opening the door to the lounge with her hip. Her hands were full -- a coffee in one hand, a paper bag in the other -- so it was the best way to get the thing open. She looked up at the clock the moment that she headed into the room, wanting to make sure she wasn't late for the start of her next round. She'd gotten just enough tunnel-vision from her work today to not notice if anyone else was in the room until she headed over to one of the tables and found it occupied.
"Just let me know if I'm invading your personal space," she managed with a half-grin, taking a long sip of her coffee.
