Art Mullen / Justified / Bar place
There's not a whole lot that can surprise Art Mullen these days. As Chief Deputy Marshal in eastern Kentucky, he's pretty much seen it all.
He kind of likes it that way.
So, when he looks up from an open case folder on one Roland "Rawley" Pike, and sees a crowded bar instead of his empty office, he's a little upset about the startle it gives him.
He's also upset about the coffee stain that's now on the front of his shirt.
He's not quite sure which to deal with, the bar, the stain, or the scattered papers now at his feet.
Give him a moment and he'll collect himself and his things.
