Saito's been having a pretty bad (expletive) day.
That much might be evidenced by the fact he's having a very heated argument on the phone as he bursts through the door. Most won't understand (it's in Japanese) but the tone and snarling expression alone might have been enough of a clue-- that is until he realises that door of his didn't lead him to his office, not to mention his phone line has gone dead. Once that's all dawned on him, the phone is slipped carefully into his pocket and within an instant he's turned completely neutral as he picks his way towards the bar for a strong black coffee and a glass of something a little stronger than a strong black coffee.
Anyone outside later in the day might even catch him near the firing range, making plenty of hits on a battered looking target thanks to his Walther PPK pistol. For a 'businessman', this Japanese certainly knows how to aim.
