So in ten days I'm catching a Greyhound back home. This town isn't really for me, and the longer I try to stay and make it work, the more it feels like I'm losing myself to this place. I hadn't really thought about it like that until I met up with Kurt in Calgary. It was just so great seeing someone from Victoria and being with a real friend for a day. We had such an awesome time for New Years, definitly the best one I've had yet. Then in the morning we had breakfast and slept/watched the Ali G show, haha. Before I had to leave to come back to Banff he invited me to stay in Vic with him before I go to Mexico. Why not?? I can finally see all my friends and do all the stuff I miss about Victoria..... see the ocean. Ahh. So yeah, I'm going to be back on the 12th and then at the end of the month I'm going to fly out to Edmonton to see my real mom for a few days before I go to Mexico. Anyway, gotta go to work.
