Office Repo...
I applied at Office Depot today for a filler job. The facility was just starting to be built and filled in.
The storm last night knocked out most stuff, but they were still with lights and phone.
The owner informs me that he would've let me fill out that stupid personality test, but the WAN is down. I asked him if I could take a look at it and diagnose the problem and possibly fix it. To my surprise, he said yes and led me to the back sever room, and opened up the rack for me.
He says he didn't know what was wrong, and suggested 'just unplugging it' from the the master UPS.
Me: "Uhhh...." *a bit shocked*
*he unplugs it, plugs it back in*
Him: I think it works now. If it doesn't, I'll just call tech support to come fix it. *walks off*
Me: "Uhhh...."
