movie mania
i'm on a movie marathon. i saw juno on saturday. i really liked it. i like witty, dry, and sarcastic humor. are nerdy boys becoming more "hip" these days? is it cuz nerdy boys are now making movies? i dunno. seems like a lot of movies these days with nerdy boys as the protagonist.
saw 27 dresses. yes, i know. cheesy but i like cheesy romantic comedies too. i'd give it 3 stars. the male lead in the movie was cute (i can't believe i'm saying that about a white boy!) and they had good chemistry but parts of it could have definitely been better written. it was no brown sugar or love and basketball. :)-
then finally watched american gangster. not quite sure what i thought. it was interesting tho b/c they linked in historical events to the movie.
would still like to watch first sunday with ice cube and the great debators which i heard was good.
