Doll photo taking first timer

Anyone who knows about dolls.. Could kindly advise mi? I wanted to do some art on the dolls..
Would it be acrylic paint or pastel?
If using pastel, should I mix with water?
And how do I remove it afterwards?
Can thinner be used on the doll? If not, how do people wash the doll?
Hopefully some nice people can help.. =3=|||

Ahh.. dolls really look pretty, but its like having a pet/children.. need to dress them, bring for walk, take pics of memories, talk to them, kiss them, hug them, sleep with them... WT...!!! THEY ARE NOT LIVING THING! Humans are crazy.

Someone brought a kitten along in bus & mrt.. Met her to pass her stuffs and saw this cutie!!!!!!! OMG he/she keep MIU MIU MIU!! Aiyo.. XD~ Wanted to adopt but she say her friend might be taking her.. =3= whyyyyyyy~
